All sales are final once the order is placed and shipped.

We accept returns or exchanges only if you have received a wrong product (different product, wrong size) or a damaged product.

To process your claim, an unboxing video is mandatory.

⚡ Note: Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to accept return/exchange requests.
