Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placement, provided it hasn't been processed for shipping yet.

Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@rcult.in with your order number.

Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases as outlined in our Returns Policy.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once a refund is approved, it typically takes:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days

• UPI/Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days

• Net Banking: 3-5 business days

The timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are only applicable for:

• Wrong product received (different item or size)

• Damaged products (with proof via unboxing video)

• Items that cannot be delivered due to address issues

All refund requests must include an unboxing video showing the issue.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

• Items returned after the 24-hour window

• Items without original packaging or tags

• Items purchased during sales or promotional periods (unless damaged)
